How to uninstall IDS from your system

How to uninstall IDS from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

IDS is an application by Ford Motor Company. Frequently, computer users decide to remove this application. This can be hard because uninstalling this manually takes some skill related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best EASY action to remove IDS is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate IDS or simply click the Search feature and type in "IDS". If it exists on your system the IDS program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select IDS in the list of apps, some information about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about IDS, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove IDS.


8. After uninstalling IDS, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of IDS which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing IDS with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
