How to uninstall IDS from your PC

IDS is a software application. A way to uninstall IDS from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

IDS is an application offered by Ford Motor Company. Some users choose to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because doing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best SIMPLE approach to uninstall IDS is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and all around tool to clean your Windows PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate IDS or simply activate the Search field and type in "IDS". The IDS application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click IDS in the list of programs, some information about the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about IDS, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove IDS.


8. After uninstalling IDS, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of IDS which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing IDS with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
