How to uninstall IDS using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

IDS is an application offered by Ford Motor Company. Frequently, users want to uninstall it. This can be easier said than done because uninstalling this by hand requires some know-how related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best SIMPLE way to uninstall IDS is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate IDS or simply click the Search feature and type in "IDS". If it is installed on your PC the IDS program will be found automatically. After you select IDS in the list of applications, the following information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding IDS, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall IDS.


8. After uninstalling IDS, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of IDS which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling IDS using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
