Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might be prompted for admin rights. The application's main executable file is named chrome.exe and occupies 2.72 MB (2851656 bytes).

How to erase Google Chrome from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Google Chrome is a program offered by the software company Google LLC. Sometimes, computer users want to erase this program. This can be hard because deleting this by hand requires some skill regarding Windows internal functioning. The best EASY way to erase Google Chrome is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to clean your PC.

  • download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools button

5. All the programs existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Google Chrome or simply click the Search feature and type in "Google Chrome". If it is installed on your PC the Google Chrome app will be found automatically. Notice that when you select Google Chrome in the list of applications, some data regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Google Chrome, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Google Chrome.

8. After removing Google Chrome, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Google Chrome which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
