A way to uninstall Elements from your computer

Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may get a notification for administrator rights. Elements's main file takes around 1.41 MB (1473688 bytes) and is called elementsbrowser.exe.

How to erase Elements using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Elements is a program offered by The Elements Authors. Some people want to uninstall this program. This is easier said than done because uninstalling this by hand requires some skill regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE practice to uninstall Elements is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

  • download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool

5. All the applications installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Elements or simply activate the Search field and type in "Elements". If it is installed on your PC the Elements app will be found very quickly. After you select Elements in the list of apps, some information about the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Elements, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Elements.

8. After uninstalling Elements, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong Elements which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Elements using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
