A guide to uninstall EVE Online from your PC

Below you can find details on how to uninstall it from your PC. It was coded for Windows by CCP. You can read more on CCP or check for application updates here. More details about EVE Online can be found at https://support.eveonline.com. EVE Online is frequently installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\DODI-Repacks\EVE directory, however this location may vary a lot depending on the user's choice while installing the program. You can uninstall EVE Online by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files (x86)\DODI-Repacks\EVE\maintenancetool.exe. Keep in mind that you might get a notification for admin rights. EVE Online's main file takes around 2.42 MB (2535536 bytes) and is called evelauncher.exe.

A way to delete EVE Online from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

EVE Online is an application by the software company CCP. Sometimes, people choose to erase this program. This can be hard because performing this manually takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best QUICK approach to erase EVE Online is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find EVE Online or simply activate the Search feature and type in "EVE Online". The EVE Online program will be found very quickly. After you click EVE Online in the list , some information regarding the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding EVE Online, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for EVE Online:

• The software company is: https://support.eveonline.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\DODI-Repacks\EVE\maintenancetool.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall EVE Online.


8. After removing EVE Online, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong EVE Online which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling EVE Online using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to serve you properly.
