A way to uninstall Claude from your system

This web page contains detailed information on how to uninstall Claude for Windows. It was created for Windows by Anthropic PBC. More info about Anthropic PBC can be read here. The application is often found in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\AnthropicClaude folder (same installation drive as Windows). The full command line for removing Claude is C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\AnthropicClaude\Update.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may be prompted for admin rights. claude.exe is the Claude's main executable file and it takes about 364.83 KB (373584 bytes) on disk.

A way to erase Claude from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Claude is a program by the software company Anthropic PBC. Some people try to erase it. Sometimes this can be hard because performing this by hand requires some know-how related to removing Windows programs manually. One of the best QUICK procedure to erase Claude is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to take care of your PC.

• visit Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Claude or simply click the Search feature and type in "Claude". If it is installed on your PC the Claude application will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Claude in the list of apps, the following data about the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Claude, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Claude.


8. After removing Claude, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong Claude that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Claude with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
