A way to uninstall Citavi from your computer

How to delete Citavi from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Citavi is a program by Swiss Academic Software. Frequently, people decide to erase this program. 2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool

5. All the applications existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Citavi or simply click the Search field and type in "Citavi". If it is installed on your PC the Citavi program will be found very quickly. When you select Citavi in the list of apps, some data about the program is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about Citavi, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Citavi.

8. After uninstalling Citavi, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Citavi which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Citavi with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
