How to uninstall Chrome from your computer

How to delete Chrome from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Chrome is an application released by the software company Google LLC. Sometimes, people try to remove this program. This can be difficult because doing this manually takes some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE way to remove Chrome is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your PC.

  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools button

5. All the programs installed on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Chrome or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Chrome". The Chrome app will be found automatically. When you click Chrome in the list of programs, some data regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Chrome, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Chrome.

8. After uninstalling Chrome, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Chrome that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
