A way to uninstall CCleaner from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CCleaner is an application offered by the software company Piriform Ltd.. Sometimes, users want to remove this application. Sometimes this can be hard because deleting this manually requires some knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. The best QUICK procedure to remove CCleaner is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to take care of your Windows computer.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate CCleaner or simply activate the Search field and type in "CCleaner". If it is installed on your PC the CCleaner program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select CCleaner in the list of programs, the following data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding CCleaner, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall CCleaner.


8. After removing CCleaner, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong CCleaner which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling CCleaner using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.
