A guide to uninstall Brave from your computer

This web page contains detailed information on how to uninstall Brave for Windows. It was coded for Windows by Les auteurs de Brave. Additional info about Les auteurs de Brave can be seen here. Brave is normally installed in the C:\Program Files\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\Application directory, subject to the user's decision. You can remove Brave by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\Application\117.1.58.129\Installer\setup.exe. Note that you might be prompted for administrator rights. The program's main executable file has a size of 3.15 MB (3305496 bytes) on disk and is named brave.exe.

Brave installs the following the executables on your PC, taking about 28.58 MB (29963968 bytes) on disk.

A way to remove Brave using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Brave is a program marketed by the software company Les auteurs de Brave. Sometimes, people choose to uninstall this program. This is difficult because deleting this manually takes some advanced knowledge regarding PCs. One of the best EASY way to uninstall Brave is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Brave or simply click the Search feature and type in "Brave". The Brave program will be found very quickly. When you click Brave in the list of apps, the following data about the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have about Brave, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Brave.


8. After uninstalling Brave, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Brave which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Brave with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
