Box has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

Directories that were left behind:

• C:\Program Files\Box\Box

Check for and delete the following files from your disk when you uninstall Box:

• C:\Program Files\Box\Box\TBDCF29.tmp
• C:\Program Files\Box\Box\TBDCF3A.tmp

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{DEF3E751-1948-4C9B-B5FF-5E516F666EBA}

Open regedit.exe to remove the registry values below from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders\C:\Program Files\Box\Box\
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders\C:\WINDOWS\Installer\{DEF3E751-1948-4C9B-B5FF-5E516F666EBA}\
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\BoxUpdateSvc\ImagePath

How to erase Box from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Box is an application marketed by the software company Box, Inc.. Sometimes, people choose to remove this application. 5. All the programs existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Box or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Box". If it is installed on your PC the Box program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select Box in the list , some data about the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about Box, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Box.

All the items that belong Box which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
