Box has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall Box:

• C:\Program Files\Box\Box

Check for and delete the following files from your disk when you uninstall Box:

• C:\Program Files\Box\Box\TBD84F0.tmp
• C:\Program Files\Box\Box\TBD84F1.tmp

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{C5368C5A-379A-4DC3-B58A-C51C4162B356}

Supplementary registry values that are not removed:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders\C:\Program Files\Box\Box\

A way to delete Box from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Box or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Box". The Box program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select Box in the list of applications, some data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding Box, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Box.


8. After uninstalling Box, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Box that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing Box using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
