A way to uninstall AppEnable from your computer

AppEnable is a Windows program. If you are manually uninstalling AppEnable we advise you to check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Many times the following registry keys will not be uninstalled:

  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\AppEnable
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\AppEnable
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\eventlog\Application\Update AppEnable
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\eventlog\Application\Util AppEnable
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Update AppEnable
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Util AppEnable

Use regedit.exe to remove the following additional values from the Windows Registry:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Update AppEnable\DisplayName
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Update AppEnable\ImagePath
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Util AppEnable\DisplayName
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Util AppEnable\ImagePath

  • Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
