App Explorer is a Windows program. Keep in mind that you might receive a notification for admin rights. HostAppService.exe is the App Explorer's primary executable file and it takes approximately 8.28 MB (8686496 bytes) on disk.

How to uninstall App Explorer from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find App Explorer or simply click the Search field and type in "App Explorer". If it is installed on your PC the App Explorer app will be found very quickly. When you click App Explorer in the list of programs, the following data about the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about App Explorer, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove App Explorer.

8. After removing App Explorer, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong App Explorer that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
