A way to erase µTorrent from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

µTorrent is an application released by BitTorrent Inc.. Sometimes, people decide to erase this application. This can be easier said than done because performing this by hand takes some know-how related to PCs. One of the best SIMPLE manner to erase µTorrent is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find µTorrent or simply activate the Search field and type in "µTorrent". If it is installed on your PC the µTorrent program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select µTorrent in the list of applications, the following data about the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about µTorrent, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for µTorrent:

• The publisher is: http://www.utorrent.com

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall µTorrent.


8. After removing µTorrent, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of µTorrent that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling µTorrent using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
