How to delete µTorrent using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

µTorrent is an application offered by the software company BitTorrent Inc.. Sometimes, users choose to erase it. Sometimes this can be difficult because deleting this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY approach to erase µTorrent is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find µTorrent or simply activate the Search feature and type in "µTorrent". The µTorrent program will be found automatically. Notice that after you select µTorrent in the list of apps, the following data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding µTorrent, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for µTorrent:

• The software company is: http://www.utorrent.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent\uTorrent.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove µTorrent.


8. After uninstalling µTorrent, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of µTorrent which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing µTorrent with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
