A way to uninstall µTorrent from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

µTorrent is a program by BitTorrent Inc.. Some people try to remove it. • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate µTorrent or simply click the Search field and type in "µTorrent". The µTorrent program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click µTorrent in the list , the following data about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about µTorrent, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for µTorrent:

• The web site of the program is: http://www.utorrent.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent\uTorrent.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove µTorrent.


8. After removing µTorrent, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of µTorrent that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
