PureVPN has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

Many times the following registry keys will not be uninstalled:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Tracing\purevpn_RASAPI32
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Tracing\purevpn_RASCHAP
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Tracing\purevpn_RASMANCS
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\PureVPN

Open regedit.exe to delete the registry values below from the Windows Registry:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\OpenVpnService\ImagePath
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\PureVPNService\Description
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\PureVPNService\DisplayName
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\PureVPNService\ImagePath


How to remove PureVPN from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO
