A way to uninstall iDSecure from your computer

iDSecure is a Windows application. Read below about how to remove it from your PC. The Windows release was developed by Control iD. Open here for more information on Control iD. Please open if you want to read more on iDSecure on Control iD's website. Usually the iDSecure program is to be found in the C:\Program Files\Control iD\iDSecure folder, depending on the user's option during install. You can uninstall iDSecure by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files\Control iD\iDSecure\uninst.exe. Note that you might be prompted for admin rights. The application's main executable file is called iDSecure.exe and occupies 995.00 KB (1018880 bytes).

iDSecure is comprised of the following executables which take 1.20 MB (1260190 bytes) on disk:

  • iDSecure.exe (995.00 KB)
  • iDSecureKill.exe (21.08 KB)
  • iDSecureSleep.exe (40.00 KB)
  • RemoteBio.exe (51.50 KB)
  • uninst.exe (123.08 KB)

How to remove iDSecure with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

iDSecure is an application by the software company Control iD. Some users decide to erase this application. This is troublesome because doing this manually takes some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY solution to erase iDSecure is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to optimize your Windows system.

  • visit Download Link
  • download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button

5. All the programs installed on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate iDSecure or simply click the Search field and type in "iDSecure". If it exists on your system the iDSecure program will be found automatically. After you click iDSecure in the list , some data regarding the program is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding iDSecure, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the app you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
For example you can see that for iDSecure:





  • The web site of the application is: http://www.controlid.com.br
  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Control iD\iDSecure\uninst.exe
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall iDSecure.

8. After uninstalling iDSecure, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of iDSecure which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling iDSecure with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
