A way to uninstall darktable from your PC

How to erase darktable using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

darktable is a program marketed by the software company the darktable project. Frequently, computer users decide to uninstall this program. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because doing this manually takes some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. The best EASY action to uninstall darktable is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your Windows system.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate darktable or simply click the Search feature and type in "darktable". The darktable app will be found very quickly. After you click darktable in the list of programs, some data about the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about darktable, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for darktable:

• The publisher is: https://www.darktable.org/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\darktable\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall darktable.


8. After uninstalling darktable, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of darktable that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing darktable with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
