A way to uninstall darktable from your system

A way to remove darktable with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

darktable is a program released by the darktable project. Some people decide to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be difficult because performing this manually requires some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK practice to uninstall darktable is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your system.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find darktable or simply activate the Search field and type in "darktable". If it exists on your system the darktable app will be found automatically. Notice that after you select darktable in the list , some information about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have about darktable, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove darktable.


8. After uninstalling darktable, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of darktable which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
