3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find assist Self-help or simply click the Search field and type in "assist Self-help". If it is installed on your PC the assist Self-help app will be found automatically. Notice that when you click assist Self-help in the list of programs, the following information about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about assist Self-help, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall assist Self-help.
