How to delete XnView from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

XnView is an application marketed by the software company RePack by Andreyonohov. Some users try to remove this program. This is troublesome because performing this manually takes some skill regarding Windows internal functioning. The best SIMPLE procedure to remove XnView is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate XnView or simply activate the Search feature and type in "XnView". If it is installed on your PC the XnView application will be found automatically. After you select XnView in the list of applications, some data regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding XnView, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for XnView:

• The publisher is: http://www.xnview.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\XnView\unins000.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall XnView.


8. After uninstalling XnView, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of XnView that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling XnView with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
