A guide to uninstall Xactimate from your PC

Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might be prompted for admin rights. Xactimate's primary file takes about 3.21 MB (3367560 bytes) and is named X.exe.

How to remove Xactimate from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Xactimate is a program by the software company Xactware. Frequently, users choose to remove it. This can be hard because performing this by hand requires some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. The best SIMPLE way to remove Xactimate is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to clean your system.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool

5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Xactimate or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Xactimate". If it exists on your system the Xactimate program will be found automatically. When you click Xactimate in the list of apps, some information about the program is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Xactimate, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the application you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Xactimate.

8. After removing Xactimate, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Xactimate that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Xactimate with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and able to serve you properly.
