3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the applications existing on your PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find UpAgent or simply click the Search field and type in "UpAgent". If it exists on your system the UpAgent application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select UpAgent in the list of programs, the following information regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding UpAgent, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the app you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

All the items that belong UpAgent that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
