A guide to uninstall Tiles from your system

Following the uninstall process, the application leaves some files behind on the computer. Some of these are listed below.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall Tiles:
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Object Desktop\Tiles

The files below are left behind on your disk when you remove Tiles:

How to erase Tiles from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Tiles is a program released by the software company Stardock Corporation. Some users decide to uninstall it. This is difficult because removing this by hand takes some skill related to removing Windows programs manually. One of the best SIMPLE practice to uninstall Tiles is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your Windows system.

  • download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category

5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Tiles or simply click the Search field and type in "Tiles". If it exists on your system the Tiles app will be found very quickly. After you select Tiles in the list of apps, some information about the application is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have about Tiles, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Tiles.

8. After removing Tiles, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Tiles that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Tiles using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
