A guide to uninstall TIDAL from your system

If you're planning to uninstall TIDAL you should check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Folders left behind when you uninstall TIDAL:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\TIDAL Music AS

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\tidal
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\TIDAL

A way to delete TIDAL using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

TIDAL is an application by TIDAL Music AS. Frequently, computer users decide to erase this application. This is easier said than done because deleting this by hand takes some knowledge regarding PCs. The best EASY way to erase TIDAL is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows PC.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find TIDAL or simply click the Search feature and type in "TIDAL". If it is installed on your PC the TIDAL program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click TIDAL in the list , the following information regarding the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding TIDAL, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall TIDAL.


8. After removing TIDAL, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of TIDAL which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing TIDAL using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
