How to uninstall Stellarium from your system

Stellarium is a computer program. This page contains details on how to remove it from your computer. The Windows release was developed by Stellarium team. More information about Stellarium team can be seen here. Please open if you want to read more on Stellarium on Stellarium team's page. The application is often found in the C:\Program Files\Stellarium folder (same installation drive as Windows). You can remove Stellarium by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files\Stellarium\unins000.exe. Note that you might be prompted for administrator rights. stellarium.exe is the programs's main file and it takes about 15.00 MB (15726080 bytes) on disk.

The executable files below are part of Stellarium. They take an average of 16.49 MB (17294033 bytes) on disk.

How to erase Stellarium from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Stellarium is an application marketed by Stellarium team. Sometimes, users try to erase this application. 3. Press the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button

5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Stellarium or simply activate the Search field and type in "Stellarium". The Stellarium app will be found automatically. When you click Stellarium in the list of programs, some information regarding the program is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Stellarium, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the app you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
For example you can see that for Stellarium:





  • The web site of the program is: https://stellarium.org/
  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Stellarium\unins000.exe
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Stellarium.

8. After removing Stellarium, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Stellarium that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Stellarium with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
