SquareTrace has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

Folders remaining:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Temp\SquareTrace

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Tracing\SquareTrace_RASAPI32
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Tracing\SquareTrace_RASMANCS

Registry values that are not removed from your computer:

A way to delete SquareTrace from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SquareTrace is an application offered by the software company SquareTrace. Some computer users decide to uninstall this program. 3. Click on the General Tools category

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate SquareTrace or simply click the Search feature and type in "SquareTrace". If it is installed on your PC the SquareTrace application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select SquareTrace in the list of apps, some data about the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about SquareTrace, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for SquareTrace:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\SquareTrace\SquareTraceuninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall SquareTrace.


8. After uninstalling SquareTrace, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong SquareTrace that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing SquareTrace using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
