How to uninstall SecurityCenter with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SecurityCenter is a program released by McAfee, LLC. Frequently, people choose to erase it. This is troublesome because doing this by hand requires some knowledge regarding Windows program uninstallation. The best QUICK manner to erase SecurityCenter is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your Windows computer.

  • download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools category

5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate SecurityCenter or simply click the Search field and type in "SecurityCenter". If it is installed on your PC the SecurityCenter application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select SecurityCenter in the list , the following data regarding the application is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding SecurityCenter, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the program you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove SecurityCenter.

8. After removing SecurityCenter, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of SecurityCenter which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
