A way to delete Scrivener from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Scrivener is a program released by the software company Literature and Latte. Sometimes, users try to remove this application. This is hard because removing this manually requires some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows programs manually. The best SIMPLE practice to remove Scrivener is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows system.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Scrivener or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Scrivener". If it is installed on your PC the Scrivener app will be found automatically. Notice that when you click Scrivener in the list of programs, some information regarding the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding Scrivener, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Scrivener.


8. After uninstalling Scrivener, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Scrivener which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
