A guide to uninstall SAPS from your computer

SAPS is a Windows program. Many files, folders and Windows registry entries will not be removed when you are trying to remove SAPS from your computer.

Folders remaining:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\PLS\temp\saps_3840
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\PLS\temp\saps_6740

Files remaining:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\PLS\temp\SAPS.log

Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the keys below:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Saps.Document
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\SAPS

A way to remove SAPS using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SAPS is an application marketed by Power Line Systems, Inc.. Sometimes, people decide to erase it. Sometimes this is hard because uninstalling this by hand requires some experience related to removing Windows programs manually. The best SIMPLE approach to erase SAPS is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general utility to take care of your computer.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find SAPS or simply click the Search feature and type in "SAPS". If it exists on your system the SAPS application will be found automatically. When you select SAPS in the list of applications, some information about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about SAPS, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for SAPS:

• The software company is: https://www.powline.com/products.html
• The uninstall string is: C:\program files (x86)\pls\saps\saps64.exe -UNINSTALL 'c:\program files (x86)\pls\saps\uninstall.dat'

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall SAPS.


8. After removing SAPS, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of SAPS which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling SAPS with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
