How to uninstall Quip from your PC

Quip is a Windows program. Read more about how to remove it from your computer. It is written by Quip. You can read more on Quip or check for application updates here. Usually the Quip program is placed in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Quip folder, depending on the user's option during setup. The entire uninstall command line for Quip is C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Quip\Update.exe --uninstall. Quip's main file takes around 1.44 MB (1511400 bytes) and is named Squirrel.exe.

A way to uninstall Quip from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Quip is a program by the software company Quip. Sometimes, computer users decide to uninstall this program. 3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications existing on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Quip or simply activate the Search field and type in "Quip". If it exists on your system the Quip application will be found very quickly. When you click Quip in the list of apps, some data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding Quip, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Quip.


8. After uninstalling Quip, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Quip which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
