A way to remove Quicken with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Quicken is an application released by the software company Quicken. Some users try to uninstall this program. This can be efortful because doing this manually requires some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows programs manually. One of the best EASY way to uninstall Quicken is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs existing on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Quicken or simply activate the Search field and type in "Quicken". The Quicken application will be found automatically. When you select Quicken in the list , the following data regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding Quicken, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Quicken:

• The publisher is: http://www.quicken.com
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /X{62D93E3E-2F8E-42BD-9343-896F4F0031D3}

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Quicken.


8. After removing Quicken, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Quicken which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Quicken with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
