A way to remove Quicken using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Quicken is an application by the software company Quicken. Sometimes, people choose to erase this program. Sometimes this can be difficult because deleting this manually requires some experience regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best EASY manner to erase Quicken is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around tool to clean your Windows PC.

• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Quicken or simply click the Search feature and type in "Quicken". If it exists on your system the Quicken program will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Quicken in the list of apps, some information regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding Quicken, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /X{E5212415-A5A2-484E-B772-06E737B4F81D}

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Quicken.


8. After removing Quicken, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Quicken that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing Quicken with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
