A way to uninstall QuickBooks from your computer

QuickBooks is a Windows application. How to erase QuickBooks from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

QuickBooks is a program released by Intuit Canada ULC. Sometimes, computer users want to remove this application. Sometimes this can be efortful because removing this by hand takes some skill related to Windows internal functioning. The best QUICK way to remove QuickBooks is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your Windows computer.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool

5. A list of the programs installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate QuickBooks or simply click the Search field and type in "QuickBooks". If it is installed on your PC the QuickBooks app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select QuickBooks in the list of programs, some information regarding the program is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding QuickBooks, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove QuickBooks.

8. After removing QuickBooks, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of QuickBooks that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing QuickBooks using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
