How to erase PuTTY with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PuTTY is an application marketed by Simon Tatham. Some people try to remove it. This is hard because performing this by hand requires some knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. 3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate PuTTY or simply click the Search feature and type in "PuTTY". The PuTTY program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click PuTTY in the list , some data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding PuTTY, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove PuTTY.


8. After removing PuTTY, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of PuTTY that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling PuTTY with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
