When planning to uninstall ProShield you should check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

How to delete ProShield using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ProShield is a program by the software company Egis Technology Inc.. Sometimes, computer users decide to remove this program. Sometimes this is efortful because removing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. The best SIMPLE solution to remove ProShield is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your Windows system.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate ProShield or simply activate the Search feature and type in "ProShield". The ProShield application will be found automatically. After you click ProShield in the list of applications, some information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding ProShield, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for ProShield:

• The software company is: http://www.egistec.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{A4027746-3E80-4C1A-897F-58BC48EFE569}\setup.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove ProShield.


8. After removing ProShield, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong ProShield which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing ProShield with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
