How to uninstall Parsec from your PC

A way to erase Parsec from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Parsec is an application by the software company Parsec Cloud Inc.. Some people decide to uninstall it. This can be troublesome because removing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK practice to uninstall Parsec is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your system.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Parsec or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Parsec". If it exists on your system the Parsec app will be found very quickly. When you click Parsec in the list of apps, some information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding Parsec, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Parsec:

• The software company is: https://parsec.app
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Parsec\uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Parsec.


8. After removing Parsec, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Parsec that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Parsec using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
