How to uninstall PSPP from your system

PSPP is a Windows program. Some files and registry entries are typically left behind when you remove PSPP.

Many times the following registry keys will not be cleaned:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PSPP Portable File
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PSPP Syntax File
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PSPP System File
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\PSPP

Open regedit.exe in order to remove the following values:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache\C:\Program Files\PSPP\bin\glib-compile-schemas.exe.FriendlyAppName

A way to remove PSPP from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PSPP is a program by the software company Free Software Foundation, Inc.. Some users decide to erase this program. This can be difficult because deleting this manually takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE practice to erase PSPP is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to clean your computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate PSPP or simply activate the Search field and type in "PSPP". The PSPP application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click PSPP in the list of programs, some data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding PSPP, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove PSPP.


8. After uninstalling PSPP, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong PSPP that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling PSPP using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
