Some files, folders and registry entries can not be uninstalled when you want to remove MossNet from your computer.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall MossNet:
  • C:\Program Files\MossNet

The files below remain on your disk by MossNet's application uninstaller when you removed it:
  • C:\Program Files\MossNet\7za.exe
  • C:\Program Files\MossNet\bin\{01219f59-6946-49b1-aa43-ffd47ae482ca}.dll
  • C:\Program Files\MossNet\bin\{01219f59-6946-49b1-aa43-ffd47ae482ca}64.dll
  • C:\Program Files\MossNet\bin\{0482b254-4aa0-454a-9679-7fa50b03624b}.dll

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:
  • HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{A2D733A7-73B0-4C6B-B0C7-06A432950B66}
  • HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{bcae0751-6a9c-46a9-b7f7-b8e2880c6392}
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AppDataLow\MossNet
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MossNet

Open regedit.exe to delete the registry values below from the Windows Registry:
  • HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{155549bf-2110-428a-9d6a-0d9044a99b92}\InprocServer32\
  • HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{5A4E3A41-FA55-4BDA-AED7-CEBE6E7BCB52}\InprocServer32\

A way to erase MossNet using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

MossNet is an application offered by the software company MossNet. Sometimes, people want to remove it. Sometimes this can be efortful because performing this manually takes some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. The best EASY manner to remove MossNet is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your PC.

  • download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the programs existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate MossNet or simply click the Search feature and type in "MossNet". If it exists on your system the MossNet program will be found automatically. After you select MossNet in the list of applications, some information regarding the program is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding MossNet, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the app you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\MossNet\MossNetUn.exe REP_
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove MossNet.

8. After removing MossNet, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong MossNet that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
