A guide to uninstall MinerGate from your system

Some files and registry entries are usually left behind when you uninstall MinerGate.

Folders remaining:

Check for and delete the following files from your disk when you uninstall MinerGate:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\minergate\appId.txt
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\minergate\log\bcn.log
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\minergate\log\minergate.log
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\minergate\log\xmc.log

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\minergate\log\zec.log
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\minergate\miners.ini

Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the data below:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\MinerGate
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\MinerGate Inc

How to erase MinerGate from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

MinerGate is a program offered by MinerGate Inc. Some computer users decide to uninstall this program. This is troublesome because removing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding PCs. 3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find MinerGate or simply activate the Search feature and type in "MinerGate". The MinerGate program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select MinerGate in the list of programs, the following data regarding the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding MinerGate, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove MinerGate.


8. After uninstalling MinerGate, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong MinerGate that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing MinerGate using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
