A way to delete MediaPortal using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

MediaPortal is a program marketed by the software company Team MediaPortal. Frequently, computer users decide to remove it. 3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications existing on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find MediaPortal or simply activate the Search feature and type in "MediaPortal". If it exists on your system the MediaPortal app will be found automatically. When you click MediaPortal in the list of apps, the following data regarding the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding MediaPortal, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for MediaPortal:

• The publisher is: www.team-mediaportal.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\uninstall-mp.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove MediaPortal.


8. After removing MediaPortal, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of MediaPortal which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling MediaPortal using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
