Several files, folders and registry entries can not be removed when you remove Jotzey from your PC.

The files below remain on your disk when you remove Jotzey:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\DOMStore\AOU6AV0D\api.jotzey[1].xml
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Jotzey_iels
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Low\Jotzey_iels

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{A2D733A7-73B0-4C6B-B0C7-06A432950B66}

Use regedit.exe to remove the following additional values from the Windows Registry:

A way to erase Jotzey from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Jotzey is an application released by Jotzey. Some people decide to remove this program. 3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Jotzey or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Jotzey". The Jotzey app will be found very quickly. After you click Jotzey in the list of applications, the following information regarding the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding Jotzey, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Jotzey:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Jotzey\JotzeyUn.exe REP_

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Jotzey.


8. After removing Jotzey, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Jotzey which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing Jotzey using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.
