If it exists on your system the InstantSupport app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select InstantSupport in the list of applications, some data about the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about InstantSupport, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
