A way to uninstall Google Chrome from your computer

Google Chrome is a Windows program. Read more about how to remove it from your computer. It was coded for Windows by Google LLC. More information about Google LLC can be seen here. Google Chrome is normally installed in the C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application folder, but this location may differ a lot depending on the user's decision when installing the application. The entire uninstall command line for Google Chrome is C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\138.0.7204.185\Installer\setup.exe. chrome.exe is the Google Chrome's primary executable file and it takes around 3.11 MB (3262616 bytes) on disk.

A way to delete Google Chrome from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Google Chrome is an application offered by the software company Google LLC. Sometimes, computer users choose to uninstall this application. This can be hard because doing this manually requires some knowledge regarding PCs. One of the best EASY practice to uninstall Google Chrome is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to optimize your Windows system.

  • download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category

5. All the applications existing on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Google Chrome or simply activate the Search field and type in "Google Chrome". The Google Chrome application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select Google Chrome in the list of programs, some information about the program is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about Google Chrome, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the program you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Google Chrome.

8. After uninstalling Google Chrome, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Google Chrome that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Google Chrome with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
