How to uninstall Google Chrome from your PC

How to delete Google Chrome from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Google Chrome is an application released by Google LLC. Some people choose to remove this program. Sometimes this is easier said than done because uninstalling this manually requires some know-how related to removing Windows programs manually. One of the best SIMPLE way to remove Google Chrome is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your PC.

  • download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Google Chrome or simply activate the Search field and type in "Google Chrome". If it is installed on your PC the Google Chrome application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Google Chrome in the list , some data about the program is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about Google Chrome, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Google Chrome.

8. After uninstalling Google Chrome, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Google Chrome which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
