How to uninstall Google Chrome from your system

Google Chrome is a Windows application. Read more about how to remove it from your computer. It was developed for Windows by Google LLC. Additional info about Google LLC can be found here. The program is usually placed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application directory. Keep in mind that this path can vary being determined by the user's decision. You can remove Google Chrome by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\135.0.7049.114\Installer\setup.exe. Keep in mind that you might be prompted for administrator rights. chrome.exe is the programs's main file and it takes circa 3.35 MB (3516000 bytes) on disk.

A way to remove Google Chrome with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Google Chrome is an application by the software company Google LLC. Some computer users try to erase this program. 6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Google Chrome or simply activate the Search field and type in "Google Chrome". If it exists on your system the Google Chrome application will be found very quickly. When you select Google Chrome in the list of apps, some information regarding the application is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding Google Chrome, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Google Chrome.

8. After removing Google Chrome, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong Google Chrome which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
