How to uninstall Google Chrome from your system

If you are manually uninstalling Google Chrome we advise you to check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Folders remaining:
  • C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome

Check for and delete the following files from your disk when you uninstall Google Chrome:
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Update\Download\{8A69D345-D564-463C-AFF1-A69D9E530F96}\86.0.4240.198\86.0.4240.198_chrome_installer.exe

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:
